I have also tried to ask shirley per Skype with no luck.

And it has nothing to do with Vegas. My problem with support has been ever since we use the Site.

I need urgent support, I suspect some models are scamming the site, and I want them to check if is so before I pay the models ........... :(

Same shit LatinCams support is non-existent. Ignore is the favorite method of doing business.

I wanted to start promoting them more seriously but their support must be done by a monkey. So i moved to another company to promote.

36,000K is 36 million dollar. If you meant 36,000k "token" is $1,800,000. If you meant 36,000 toKen is $1800.

Shirley is always fast to respond to emails and when i have emailed support they are fast too

My problem with Support has nothing to do with Vegas.
Since we started working there we have gotten almost No Support.

Even thought our last message was titled "POSSIBLE MODEL FRAUD" we have gotten no answer .....

Most cam models scam. If they get a whale they get them to send them paypals and money paks. Charge it to the game.

I think that statement "MOST" is totally false.
I have been in the Webcam Byz about 15 years and thats not my personal experience .....

Thats weird.. their support with us has been good... I mention Vegas because i know their down there... and by experience i know that while at shows usually everyone is slower on responding and following up on issues. Also since their traffic and online models have ramp up in the last months im guessing they are handling a lot more if issues...

Still all the above are no excuse for them to not respond quickly...

Usually we (studios) are not taken so seriously by some companies... hate to say it but its the true .. some companies do not give us the importance we deserved

Im guessing each company hires their own mods....the staff of mods depends on the number of models they got broadcasting in their site and the level of importance they give to compliance issues... Some companies are very stric with their compliance and rules so they need to have a lots of mods to be on top of models..

As a studio we also hire our own mods... not only to be aware of the models scaming or violating the rules.. But also to give them support and training while they are broadcasting

And about "MOST" cam models bing scammers i dont agree with the statement also.. Of course it happens... When the models start dealiing with the clients on the side usually those clients tend to become freebies..they start requesting shows and other stuff for free to the models since they are now "friends" with them.... The smart models know this... its better for them to keep dealing with the whales on the network/site... Keeps it professional and the clients keep pushing and spending this way..

Some companies full of support guys pay the studios only 30%-35%, as have lots of admin salaries to pay. Sites paying 50%+ and lots of support guys (who get salary) is unlikely.

Check how many models we have register and im sure the problem is only with this 2 scammers.
