I dont know but if she forgot to take her birth control even for one day sometimes the period comes back

It could possibly be a bit of breakthrough bleeding if she's on the pill. SHe might have gotten a small vaginal tear (which is actually relatively easy to do, something along those lines. If it keeps up, she should go get checked, it could be something serious.
