But now France and Belgium and Denmark and soon other European countries invade Mali (yes... without UN consent)to play police there is not one thread about it

As far as I know they were officially invited by the government of Mali. No UN consent required for that.

P.S. As far as I know Assad is hiding on one of Russian warships where he is being protected by Spetsnaz. So it looks like at least one country has decided to help him.

I see your point - no one said a word about this on the boards. if the US isn't involved, no one cares. If it is the US doing it, everyone is up in arms.

The US needs to mind it's own business - be like China. You don't want the US trying to do good, we won't. We'll keep our boys home. And the next time there is a terrorist attack in France we will just watch from the sidelines.
