we are launching our webmaster referal program and I need to know what size buttons and banners should we make for it.

What are the preferred sizes

How about referrer stats tracking? Are they grouped or do you show a list of all referred webmasters and their individual earnings?

Doesn't a program have to be launched to spam Iwas just wondering what size banners and buttons do most webmaster need to promote us. I know the basics but sometimes odd sizes are requested.
