can you fellas recommend me any good tools/sites for marketing on social media? (mostly facebook/twitter), be it useful for adult or mainstream.

something like..
X - this is good for tracking
Y - for post aggregation
Z - great tracking tool
etc..

Write me directly and I can find out what my guys did for us.
Everything is automated and fed to the social sites like FB/Twitter.
For the links we use s6x.it, which we can track very easily.
