Anyone from AWE around ? Our user/pass doesnt work to login to our webmaster account. Created a ticket yesterday and today without any success. The new login, send from the lost password form doesnt seem to work. Could you please check the ticket system and fix it. I'd like to grab some new creatives.

It is a good practice for security really, banks do too.
