Seems like these type of stories pop up a couple of times per year. The last one I saw was a female cop in Texas who had done porn about 10 years prior to being a cop and they fired her.

It should be challenged. Those judges just set a dangerous precedent by saying that a person cannot change who they were in the past, nor are they able to move on to try and better their lives.

Student claims that the teacher was moonlighting as a porn star were initially dismissed after school officials said they couldn't find any images of her on the Internet ? but they were using the school's computers, which don't allow access to porn.

It won't be challenged - I've spoken to a bunch of lawyers about the issue, not a thing can be done about it. An employer can fire anybody they choose to based on their moral character and in this hypocritical world we live in porn is considered immoral.

You've got that backwards. People have the right to choose if there is a nasty skank around their kids. I stand by that decision 100% and seems that so does the majority of the public; no hypocrisy at all.
