What is your best SERP rank to Total Results?

Mine is 7:1,080,000,000. It should bump to #1 in the next month.

What about you?

I'm getting completely different results depending on what browser I use when I check using Google (from 1:29,000,000 all the way back to about page four. WTF?)

Using Bing the domain is #1 across all browsers.

Seems Google is taking into account the browsing habits of my different accounts.

Killswitch 01-19-2013 01:20 PM

4:726,000

But that's a celebrity related term and I'm in the process of having all celeb related content removed from the serps for this site as it'll no longer be a celeb related site.

Total results as in "exact match" for a competitive phrase? Or ranking for a long, random string of words that also has 100,000,000 "results"?

HUGE difference.

Congrats, you might end up being number the thread title while doing absolutely nothing at all.

yeah, doing a browser search won't give you accurate results. Sites you visit frequently will appear artificially high in the SERPs

this tool is good for finding out accurate google placement: http://www.sitemapdoc.com/serp-rank.aspx
