Tell me who you recommend.

Host should offer:

- cURL
- php
- mySQL
- ssh2 / sftp
- cron jobs would be a bonus, not a requirement
- 1 unique IP per account (no tainted IP's)
- allow adult content
- Geo location makes no difference, this is for development and testing
- VPS or shared hosting is fine
- Should be cheap :)
