The police are stupid, why not have a road block? If you read about whats happening, the guy is driving around a big circle of blocks again and again like a race track and it went on for like 2 hours or something like that... WTF

I don't have any conclusive evidence... but he zooms away from the screen few seconds before the car passes his place + what's on the screen doesn't match up with what he filmed... who knows, it might be real, but it just feels fake...
