I read a little while back that he did intend to use me.ga, but the country of Gabbon which owns the .ga extension had an issue with it. If I remember correctly they wouldn't guarantee that the US or other countries couldn't shut the domain down (I am going just from memory hear so that might not be 100% accurate, but there was some kind of issue with them not wanting him).

I think the word "facilitate" will come up somewhere in the new arrest warrants. He appears to be offering thieves the ability to create paysites with stolen content. Is that right?

If they also delete the content after terminating the account then from what I understand they will be doing than the so-called adult industry leader Manwin does on their tubes. It's my understanding that Manwin leaves all the infringing content up after terminating an account for repeat infringement unless each and every file is DMCA'd.
