Ripping Blu-rays
 

Anyone have advice on the best way to rip Blu-rays? I have plenty of storage space, so I want to maintain the quality. I can lose features like chapters and "special features", "bonus features" etc.

Essentially I want to turn my Blu-ray library digital and store it on my home server for easy use.
