And here I have the main question: Which program would be better to start from? Please, advice something, guys!

From dating offers Upforit and BeNaughty fit my requirments the best. What can you said about them?
And from cam services I was going to work with PussyCash, but... There is no response from them for almost a week... Is it normal for their managers?
