Need help setting up adult website with advanced security
 

I have everything one would need to start a quality adult website, including 30-40 quality HD scenes shot and produced by myself, all models are good looking latinas and most importantly all new and not to be found on any other website. In other words, nothing but debutants. Plus I have the ability to edit it all myself, videos as well as photos. I also have a reasonable design flair and can work that part out without issues and much help, if any.

That said, here is what I DO NOT have: The skills to set up the complete backend of an adult website, including payment, member management, security, blocks etc.

I had originally thought that I was smart enough to be able to learn all that myself, but that was naive. And so I have been doing material for almost two years and still have not gotten the website online. It is time for me to get it done and basically just get serious and start seeing just a bit of all that money I have spend on material, model fees and travels come back to me.

Which is why I need a guy with serious programming flair by my side. And I need him fast. It would of course be easiest for me just paying someone a one time fee for doing it all, but I don't have a ton of money, so perhaps - depending on the fee quoted to do this work - it could be an idea starting up some sort of partnership. Especially since I have a ton of other ideas on adult websites after this first one is up and running.

I need it all set up in some sort of CMS, so I can easily handle updates and changes myself after the job has been done in setting it all up. Once I start making a little money, I do plan on making a lot more material. At this point I have a bunch of models ready to work, but simply don't have the money to keep up shooting without making anything off the material.

Apart from the usual things that any such website would be made up of, I have some specific security and anti-piracy programming needs:

- The complete website needs to be blocked in certain countries, and also block visitors using hide ip websites and programs. All models are from a few certain countries (unimportant enough that I can easily do without any customers from there) and I have promised them all to do all I can to keep their material out of view in their countries.

- Videos will all be streamed. With it all being HD I foresee a challenge there making it all stream fast and smooth.

- Videos shall not be able to work with all those stream ripper programs out there. And I would like them to add username/IP while streaming to prevent direct screen capture as well. I read an excellent guide/debate about this here: gfy.com/showthread.php?t=990150

- More interactivity than other similar sites. I want members to be able to comment and debate on all material as well as with the site owner/producer.

- Previous members will be able to watch all material that was on the site the day their membership expired. But nothing after that.

I know that adult websites don't make the sort of cash they used to. But I do think there will always be a market for quality, exclusive material. Exclusivity probably beating quality even. But that said, I am not looking to become a millionaire, I would be happy if I could just make things pay for the expenses plus a little on top. So, anyway, what I am saying is that I am not really interested in debating whether it is even a good idea or not.

I am, however, very interested in finding a guy I can trust who has the skills to put this together within a short time frame as I am VERY eager to get this going.

If you are that guy (or even know such guy) please get in touch with me. As I said, I am open to other solutions than straight cash down for job well done if somebody is more interested in setting up a long term partnership with a guy who has a ton of ideas. But in that case I would be joining up with someone who knows ALL the ropes of programming and SEO and thumbnail sites and the works.

If you're more up for a single paying job I would of course appreciate a quote on what type of fee you would expect to do this job. We can also discuss a combination of both. Whatever, I am open, the important thing for me right now is to get that website online fast.

Also, if anybody has some specific pointers, I am interested of course.

Also if someone has an idea of a fair price for the work based on what I have described. I lack idea of going rates. I am thinking the only really big challenge here is the extra security part and that most developers will already have a standard adult membership website template they can easily adjust. But maybe I am wrong?
