Run Site or Sell my Content
 

I'm still debating whether to run my own site or just produce and sell content. Very amateur I know but I think that is a niche. I finally purchased a HD video camera and new lights come this week. Tried to find a partner but no luck so my choices are either try and sell content to distributors or run my own paysite. I had a few offers but in addition to video they want over 100 photos (including hardcore). Since I'm shooting this myself the photos of hardcore action is hard (but not impossible I have remote trigger for my camera. I can produce about 1-2 videos per week.

As a side note I do some ladyboy stuff also but I don't think would be good to mix straight asian content with ladyboy content (any comments on that?).

What is it you want a partner for? You can sell content and run a paysite at the same time. In fact, I'd say it makes sense to do that if you can just to maximize profits. At least you'd be generating some income while you wait for the paysite to get operational and your member base to build.

My apologies for the similar post. My question was more along the lines if it makes sense to post a mix of straight and ladyboy content on the same amateur site. About 90% of my content is straight with only about 10% ladyboy stuff.

Yeah, why would you do that? You launch a 2nd site for the other niche.

Makes sense to do anothe site for second niche. Ironically been finding it easy to get ladyboys to do video and photos. Guess time to add a second site. Already have the name registered.
