Is anyone DMCA'ing the Domain Registrar?

For domains purchased with sole purpose to create theft forum, torrent blog, etc?
I see a lot of godaddy.com registering and hosting theft sites. It may not be their fault but should they be included just fyi as to their client's activities?

I sent one to host, registrar, and the owner.
Host and owner replied registrar never replied.

Yeah, some of the hosts are more shady than the clients. I'm thinking its still not a bad idea.

They dont care but I usually send them anyway.

For some reason they can not seem to understand that no domain means no site.
