selling Findgirls.Co has over 200+ backlinks

it's a nice domain all in all, but domain values dropped significantly if they are names only without a proper site to monetize them because most of the buyers figured out it's better to get a cheaper domain and then invest more in decent site and ways to promote it than buy an expensive domain.

highest email offer i got for it was 8k, but im not in a hurry to sell. If i cant sell it for a decent price, then i will look at the options in developing it. :)

How is that a premium domains. I have the domain SocialBeliefs.com but that's not considered premium but FindGirls.com is?

the domain name by itself is not worth a whole lot. Sure, it's an ok domain but the current site on it is completely irrelevant and I doubt that there's much traffic on this domain/site. So selling the domain on its own with no actual site/traffic source that is earning money you will be lucky if you actually get what you say you were offered so far.

Sure, all of my domains are shit, but this domain is nothing special.

Because the domain succinctly defines what guys are looking to do when going to online dating sites. If you can't figure it out, then I'm guessing you've never promoted dating. I just hope he still has the 8k offer on the table, cause I think continuing to hold out for a bit more might have cost him and now there's no interest in his current asking price.

I think findgirls.com is a pretty good domain name but it isn't good enough to sell itself and a zero effort "I am for sale" page and no attempt to build SEO position for this good dating term doesn't deserve a good sale price in my opinion.

The high starting bid doesn't help also. I would have started lower, but had a reserve price of the minimum I would be comfortable letting it go for. I also would have put a dating whitelabel and logo on it so it at least started to get traffic and give people an indication of what it could be.

I wasn't suggesting you were desperate. Its just that in your initial threads where you were trying to establish a value for the domain, it appeared you would have been thrilled to get 8k. Then the offer came, but you decide you want more and put it up for auction with a reserve of 12.5k. Since you haven't had any offers, it most likely suggests the market value lies somewhere between the 8k and your auction min bid. We'll see, hopefully someone will make a last day bid.

I'm actually looking forward to developing the domain to a actual site :)
