I found many websites with ccbill sponsors, but nothing with affiliates.
Did anyone know some link where i can find new affiliates?

One of the best way to find and get new affiliates is to promote your affiliate program on adult webmaster communities such as here on GFY.

The best way to do it, if there is an announcement forum, is to post your latest and newest promotional tools like FHGs (free hosted galleries), zip contents, banners, etc.

You do not have enough time, you can hire an affiliate manager to do that for you as well as help you in assisting and supporting your affiliates.
