+ Second: 2010 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 + First: 2010 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport Highs, Lows, and Verdict > Highs: Major-league muscle, solid build quality, seductive exhaust note, still turns heads. Lows: Live axle limits handling responses, big forward weight bias, high fuel thirst. Verdict: Still the ultimate Mustang, still playing catch-up. --------------- + First: 2010 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport Highs, Lows, and Verdict > Highs: Super Glue grip, mongoose reflexes, race-car steering, never-fade brakes. Lows: Darty on lumpy curves, oversteer prone, harsh on all but the smoothest surfaces. Verdict: An American sports-car standard for the world. |

again, chevy markets the vette against those 350k supercars, not the mustang. this comparison is just another example that car sites/mags such as this are there to sell themselves, not provide any real data. it's emotion that sells these cars. |

best you can do is select a chevy dealer with lots of vette experience and friendliness... I've never wanted a porche for some reason... they look crappy to me... |

Both are cars for guys in mid-life crisis and dwindling testosterone.
They appeal to owners that have nothing but distant memories. |

I have corvette, camaro and a mustang. Just got rid of two and bought a charger. The only reason I kept the mustang was it had a trunk for my golf clubs. Otherwise it would have been long gone ha
