Yes hg allows porn. I have a shared account with them. Great service and performance but I may switch to amerinoc when I need a dedicated since they seem like a better deal.

I need hosting that can provide me tube script requirements and smart-thumbs.
What are your advices for me too looking for - vps ? web (shared) hosting ? dedicated ( too expensive for start )
and also is there a point to make small tube + tgp network for generating traffic ?
Last week i read almost everything from last year and some people think there is point to do this other not.

Encoding video's is quite CPU and memory demanding, a dedicated server is recommended. We also offer Xen VPS servers, which have a dedicated CPU and are fully isolated. They are more stable for memory-demanding sites like tubes, and act and feel just like a dedicated server, Xen is generally better virtualization than the mostly used OpenVZ.

Use altushost. You can host adult and warez

They are using LiteSpeed web server so, no, they can't host adult. LiteSpeed does not allow any adult content on their platform.

So it's a game of which gets them shut down first...violating LiteSpeed's AUP or warez. Not likin' those odds.

Hostgator is about the best I have found so far, it's fast, unlimited everything with there business plan. The only draw back is if you run a video website and want to use ffmpeg conversions and thumbnails, unless you have a dedicated server account it will not work with shared hosting. Other than that, they are superb.

you could research this subject for hours and hours.. everyone's got a host they love.. and there's a lot of them that do porn.. and a lot that dont... I'm with icertified dot net.. and they're great.. but i have a dedicated server and it aint cheap.. and it crashed once on me and they tried to tell me that I had to do the backups of my sites.. I lost a whole site i was developing at the time because i didn't save the backups off to my local computer.. was pissed.. they were able to recover the data and didn't charge me anything more because i tore them a new asshole.. but overall they're ok. but I spend 154/mo on a dedicated server for my sites.. it's a lot.. but their service is amazing... i usually get a response and resolution within an hour of filing a ticket.
