No Free Utilities or Food as far as I know.

Medical is available to everyone and free travel is only if you are disabled and everyone is entitled to it if they work or not.

Basic free legal is also available to everyone working or not.

There are lot of people abusing the system, but there is a lot of crap spoken about it as well.

i know some young english people, some over 15+ years, who are living in europe and are not working at all, but are living very nice life because of money from uk goverment, not sure whats it about and i think its another story, but for me it looks like total idiotic system, if you dont need to work but are living very nice life, why to work then?

Most of them are doing it illegally - Most benefits can only be paid to people resident in the UK - There are a few exceptions for the long term disabled.

EDIT: BTW its a British problem not and an English one.
