I would go with streamate, thats what works best for us.

LiveJasmin used to be awesome also until they starting adding features and changing site almost monthly, also seems like their support and registration area has been moved to Pakistan, sad.

MyFreeCams is good same as Flirt4Free but not all models would do good there.

Cams simply controls too much, models are even suspended for not showing face every 5 mins.
