I am getting more and more confused on which adult SEO companies that I should use. I don`t have the time to do this myself. Today I am only doing stuff like posting on vimeo, youtube and facebook. I am also starting twitter, flickr and instagram - but that is all that I have time to do. Writing articles, sending links and so on will take too much time I think.

A few questions:
Which social media like facebook, twitter.... is the most important for adult SEO?

Do you mean buying traffic using Google or other sources? Where can I find sellers of quality traffic for my website? It is not the people who is looking for porn who will be interested in my website - and large amount of traffic with a high bounce rate is bad for google ranking.

Bounce rate doesn't matter to Google Page Rank.

Don't spend valuable dollars to any seo. Specially stay away from those company which promise you to get ranked in few weeks and don't produce you result at the end.
I would say, re-search a bit and do your own stuff, it may take time but in the long run it will pay off.

Facebook => you shouldn't use nude pictures or else...banned!
Whatever you do makew sure that your content contains lot of keywords related to your niche. Try google keywords tool to see which keywords performing well for your niche.

Last but not least, don't be shy to trying new techniques :thumbsup

Plugrush is good for both moetising as well as geting good quality of traffic. You don't need to buy always. You can create plugs and in return you wil get visitors to your site via plugs.

It really depends on what you need done. A good starting point would be to determine the keyword phrases you want to rank for and then find out exactly what you'll need to do to compete for a top ten spot for that keyword. You can then only work on exactly what is needed, which can save you a lot of money compared to hiring someone monthly.
