Thinking of starting an affiliate programme with content from a danish pornclub
 

Greetings all

I am associated with xxdark, a sex and pornclub in Copenhagen, Denmark.
In short it is a crossing between an adult cinema and a swingersclub.
One of the activities in the club is filming of our own porn movies.
We sell our content on dvds exclusively in the club and on our website:

We get most of our traffic thru our Danish main website and is doing okay.
Except having an English version of our website we have done very little to get international attention. So we get almost no traffic from outside scandinavia.

Our sales pitch to the public is this.
The niche concept that we have is that it is real people making porn in a real place and that if you are in Copenhagen you can actually participate in our pornshoots or visit the club for other events.
Our female models are guest in the club who wanted to make a movie.
They are between 20 and 50 and in all sizes.
The are with very few exceptions only models you will find on our page and they are 100% amateurs, and they frequent the club regularly.
The male models are the people who show up when we shoot porn, so anyone can be a pornstar.

Our content is mainly hardcore gangbang, gloryhole and bukkake action, and some bdsm.


All this sounds good but I have problems.:

1. I am not happy with our website, I did not design it and want to make changes.
Any input is appreciated, inspired comments or just plain bashing, I'll take it all. :)

2. We are from Denmark. Would any international affiliates be interested in promoting a small danish website.?

I was thinking a 50/50 through our current billing operator zombaio.

And in addition to the usual affiliate package, ( banners, clips, picture galleries), I was thinking of writing a handfull of articles regarding the club, this would be specifily targeted for blogaffiliates.
It could serve as inspiration for a blog entry or an affiliate could simply do a cut and paste. Is this a good idear?

So before I start preparing an affiliate package, I was wondering if our concept has sparked any interest at all.

Now I'm from Denmark so I'm probably biased, but I'd say that there is a market for your stuff. Especially since it's pretty unique and we have great looking girls in Denmark ;)

Hello Jens. Your content looks great. I'd be willing to promote your content in said affiliation program. My site is a blog so your idea for content driven approach would work. I would assume it would be a synopsis with preview pics/videos designed for a blog. I'm sure you'd have quite a bit support from the affiliate group if they believe they can be successful.
