I include a handful of printed photos with my dvds. And somone scanned in one of my photos, used it on a dating site and as an avatar in a forum.

I sued, I ruined the lives of others and in the end I got paid.

And it actually increased my sales because people love to see a train wreak.

Do you have a way of tracking each copy of your movies ?
That way you can find out the source of the leak and take action directly against theme.

I've found dozens of our movies on all the tubes, if we're content partners with them, we send them the links to the vids and they take them down often within 24 hours and we haven't had to go the DMCA route in a long time. This is for the bigger tubes as well, YouPorn / Pornhub [all Manwin sites], Xhamster, XVideos, RedTube, PornTube, etc etc.

I know I'll only be able to find maybe 10 or 15% of all the videos, if that. But these are using specific keywords / stars / site names and the easiest to find. It sucks that they aren't responsible, but at least they work with us and offer tools to content partners to promote their legal content that makes it more likely that THAT's the one the users will see, over the pirated copies.
