Jaymancash checks and support
 

My last check from Jaymancash lost on the way from the U.S. to the U.S. :(
According to information from http://jaymancash.com/payments.php my check was sent 12/04/2012 (for period 10/16/2012 - 10/31/2012). It's been over 2 months. More than enough to reach the destination (this typically takes no more than 20 days).
By mail support is not responding (I wrote to Tom and Tracy).
Maybe someone knows how to contact them?
