US guns don't matter

Murder rates have been dropping for years. NRA membership is down. Gun ownership is down. Just keep the same course and it will take care of itself.

I saw someone explain that the generation that experienced segregation is soon to die off. Once that happens, it should be even a faster decline of gun ownership.

Both true. Also, the people reporting to pollsters that yes, they do have guns in their homes, is going down because people no longer want to admit it, in preparation of possible government confiscation in the future.

It seems more like the amount of guns per person is up, not so much the amount of people with guns
