when I was a kid I went to a Church and we were talking about names. I guess I was 12 or so. About how names are and can be strange. The teacher one day told us that she had a student named "Nosmoking" She said when she saw it written she was at first confused and then realized what the word was. It was pronounced by the kid as ( Noz Making )

I mentioned on here about a friends son who had a woman fill out a form and in the name field she wrong " Sh' " and when he asked her what her first name was, she got all pissed off and snapped "Shapostrophe!" and was dead serious. This came up in the thread about Greenland or somewhere having laws about what you are permitted to name your children. Now you know why there probably should be laws about what you can name your children......... I mean shit.
