Of course that's almost 3 years old.

I use to post my thumbnails on their and they banned me because I had a legal right to post what I was.

I was notified via email that my content has been popping up on Fetish.PornBB
It looks like whoever has been posting a shit ton of content on pornBB downloaded the content I posted on Xhamster. They have a "download file" icon under the material which is leads to Keep2Share.cc

I've been spending the last several years as a legit producer and content provider and gave up my shady web ways a long time ago.
I don't even fully understand file lockers or any of that junk which I guess makes me naive and susceptible to piracy. I have watermarks on it so I guess it might help with traffic? I don't really know though.
I can't figure out a way to reach anyone about the matter either.
Can someone please PM me with a little help here?

As of today, user has 104 pages of posts going back to August of '13

I'd like to know what liability those sites have when they allow the same "Users" to continuously upload content that has already been identified as stolen. They acknowledge this when they comply with a DMCA but do nothing to prevent further abuse by the same so called "Users".

They are hosted with Cloudflare.

Send the DMCA to them, to the BBB of the city of San Francisco, and to the Upstream provider of Cloudflare.

That usually seems to do it.

Not really a solutions. They will switch to another system. Since end of the last year, the first blackhat cloud dns networks are up and working.

Depends as well how the deal with cloudflare. At the law, pornbb are just service providers with very good TOS. If you contact them from mail, they not need to answer. Its enough if the later say "we don't get any mail". They take DMCA seriously as you see, they delete your content (doesn't matter you have the license).
