The conversation starts at the 2:27 mark. Amazing how this happened. It's worth a listen.

Just listened to it. That s pretty freaking wild. I'll have to check out the movie he was promoting it sound like it could be very good.

The movie came out today in independent theaters but I think you can On-Demand it from your cable company as well.

dang. wow. ugh. i watched a couple dahmer docs several months ago. is this the same victim dude he had drilled a hole in his head to pour some acid in, dude came to, ran out the door and came across the cops. or was that another incident?

oh yeah yah! he is mentioning the previous dude victim that the cops walked back in to dahmer with a hole in his head.

I remember the story of the guy running out of the apartment pretty well. I've wondered a couple times what had happened to him since.

I can tell you what happened to the cops, I am from the Milwaukee area. One of them is now a police chief for the Town of Trenton and the other received an award. Fuck Milwaukee.

There was another story I read a while back about Dahmer and the police. He was driving and got pulled over. In his back seat he had a garbage bag with human remains in it. The cop that pulled him over saw it, asked what was in the bag and Dahmer told him just some old clothes he was going to donate. The cop had a suspicion it was something else, but decided to let it go.

This happened early on in his life so had the cop followed his guy and been able to find out what was really in the bag Dahmer would have been caught before killing several more people.

From what I just read, the guy that escaped is now in jail.

Interesting, the movie should be worth a watch as well.
