Trademark your name to get it taken off IMDB
Let's supposed a girl I know wants to have her real name taken off IMDB. She is thinking of trademarking her name so that she can use the DMCA to have it taken off.
Let's say her name on the site is listed as "Alice B. Callaway" Should she trademake "Alice Callaway" or the full name of "Alice B. Callaway"? Does anyone have suggestions / thoughts? |

What does trademarking your name have to do with anything? Trademarking a name means no one can create a profile about you? I don't think it works like that.

i could start a parody about you |
If she emails IMDB and asks nicely, the webmaster would probably remove her real name assuming that she had a more popular stage name and that she hasn't openly done a whole bunch of porn under that moniker.
