possible to contact a buyer from namecheap marketplace?
 

Somebody bought my domain at NC marketplace but they got refunded as I moved the domain to godaddy weeks ago. Namecheap still shows many domains in my portfolio (not only in marketplace but also in my domain manager) that were moved to godaddy weeks ago, wtf??

Anyway I would like to contact the buyer outside NC and offer him to buy that domain, I know his username, is it somehow possible to get in touch with him?

ps: you can search for username in their marketplace, but only those that have something for sale would be displayed.

Any info like country or something? What industry was the domain for? Do a search a-la:

only way to be if you find his username connected to a domain whois, sometimes if you search by email if you find his out someway, then domains shouold popup in serps

You could always explain the situation to NameCheap support and say you'd like to send him a message regarding that domain. Given it was their fuck-up that resulted in the sale falling through, they may help.

Thanks. It does not work though. When it synchronizes domains they show N/A "new expiration date" next to those transfered out, however they show "NO" next to "transfered out".

Do they post in the namecheap forum? Probably have the same name.
