Trying Domain Transfer, Registrar Gone?

I won a domain back in November from a drop auction. The domain got registered under "Chocolate Covered Domains", which appears to be an resell affiliate of domain.com. However, Chocolate Covered Domains seems to be gone and when I try a reset password on domain.com it says the domain isn't found. My info is in the whois for the domain but I have no idea how to access anything to transfer it.

Wat do? :helpme

Did you try emailing domain.com or calling there support line?

Call Domain.com. If that fails, contact ICANN.

I had to email their sales email since they only do email support through tickets and you need to purchase something to create an account. I am going to try to call them in the morning, I was just wondering if something like this happened to anyone else. Been working online since 2001 and this is the first time it has happened to me.

try these at dotster/domain.com (same company)

Support Number: 800-403-3568 (domain.com)
Support Number: 800-401-5250 (Dotster)

[email protected]

That should be a 24/7 support number, I think.
