Anyone using easyXsites - I'm a noob and, for the life of me, cannot import videos.
 

As the title mentions, I'm pretty much a novice at this so I'm using easyXsites currently with my own domain.

When I try to do a mass import of videos from an XML file/feed, I always get the same error message :

I've tried with countless feeds, switching the different delimiter types in the drop down, everything.

I always get that error.

Any help/pointers anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

A field seperator is what seperates the data in each column.

They usually look like this:

some_url|title|description|

in that case, the field seperator is |

So you need to check the file you are trying to import, and make sure you select the right field seperator :thumbsup

EasyX is fantastic especially for a newbie.

It has taught me a lot about blogs, sure I still ask questions on the board, but their fantastic staff help faithfully with whatever you need to know.

I have to give them props, I communicated with two folks from EasyX into the wee hours last night. They were both very helpful. :)

With their help, I'm glad to say that I was able to get my issue resolved. Now of course new problems are popping up (it seems like every new thing I try to do presents some sort of wacky issue)..but that's for another thread.

I think EasyXSites offers an outstanding service, especially for free and the support it great. However I'm still debating just plunking down $99 and buying a license for Adultwatch.
