when I first heard of this I thought it was a joke and who would really do something like this... but thinking about it, I believe this will be (part of) the future of these events. with people working more and more, this gives the opportunity for those who are to busy to fly to Vegas, Miami, etc., to connect.

I stopped in for a few minutes but had to run. I will be back later this evening :thumbsup
Pretty cool idea and great job AEVC and Loki.

We tried to tell everyone last year lol, more then a "Game" and DEFF not a joke, Virtual conventions ARE a great tool and will surly become a staple in the coming years.

Anyone who is skeptical take a few moments to download the client and login, the convention is free and runs till Saturday, you can check the daily schedule HERE and if you get in tonight my panel starts at 4pm PST / 7pm PST (and the opening night party starts at 6pm PST / 9pm EST)

Right upper hand corner = Settings --> General - right hand side: untick Play Streaming Music, Play Streaming Video - or simply when on Windows, right click your sound-icon open the mixer and mute the game app / exe.

Must of left Skype open on my desktop. Just heard you say something on there while I'm relaxing on the couch. :1orglaugh Scared the shit out of me.

How was the party last night Loki?

LONG lol

Party started a bit early 8:30pm and ran till after 5am, we held the #1 rank in the directory the entire time (minus a 20 - 30 minute stint)

My voice was shot by the end of the party as I was doing my WolfMan Jack voice for the entire time and I've not done that since I ran those Adult Webmaster Radio shows lol.

Numbers wise the venue saw:

Total Sessions: 1,091 Total Unique Members: 735

Got some rest and am back at the convention, anyone wanting to take advantage of my convention content sales just stop by my booth in the main hall OR find me in world "Loki3D"
