Is http://dx.com is legitimate have any experience from them? Or any of you guys tried any on-line computer accessories, that able to do shipping worldwide? Since I can say it's cheaper to buy on-line than to go stores.

Deal Extreme is good and legitimate. I've ordered a few things from them. The biggest complaint I've heard is that shipping is often very, very slow. I think they started setting up some warehouses around the world now though, so that might be improving.
