Here's some feedback: rescind your ridiculous tos policy change which only credits affiliates with 'new' sales yet keeps all their recurring revenues thereafter. That greedy misstep cost you your reputation, credibility and who-knows-how-much in future profits as most of us have moved on to sponsors who treat their affiliates with respect and don't rip them off.

Is this true? Where does it state this in TOS?

I do remember something about their tos change, but thought that had to do with them trying to take earnings from inactive affiliates. Are you saying they no longer offer revshare, cause what you describe is a pps payout.

Is this why VS stats now read "New Spenders" ? Im confused by this...

He's referring to our dormancy policy that we introduced a couple of years ago. Our system flags dormant revshare affiliates, which are affiliates that have gone more than 6 months without a new user, and reduces their rate to 5%. This does not apply to PPS or PPL payouts, in case that is a concern. This has also helped us achieve record payouts and across the board payout growth for active affiliates over the last couple of years.

We're always trying to make our company better and make our affiliates more money, so I really encourage anyone with feedback to take the survey, hopefully we can find ways to satisfy everyone.
