give him a call, tell you're from Cosmote and you have a free iPhone for him and you need to verify the address. I mean, there are many ways to verify something, the trick is you use the word FREE and PRICE as much as you can in your conversation, Romanians love free stuff and they are afraid to miss out on it, play it on greed ;)

and indeed what tjeezers said: give him a call but researching the number shows up as an orange number.
