Hey fris,
First, you need to cancel the lost card. Please do so by logging in to your account and opening a ticket in the Message Center explaining what happened, and that you'd like a new card to be issued.
Once the request has been accepted for a new card, then it goes to the printers and that takes about 7-10 days on average. Shipping the card to North America usually takes 1-2 weeks for regular delivery. So realistically you'd likely have your new card about 3-4 weeks after you request it.
In the meantime, don't forget we have multiple withdrawal methods - wire, check, EFT/ACH, and to an external CC. Let me know if you require any assistance.
