Are you young enough to go to study in Canada?
If so, work out 10-15k and apply for college, once you are in there you will
be able to apply as an Experienced Class after the first year
of study. Looking for a job offer via internet wont take you far away.

What was the IELTS score ? New Zealand and Australia have much stronger
rules then Canada. I guess you're not from Russia/Ukraine but somewhere Central Europe
