My country is blocked, but I want to process my own little paysite throw CCBill... may be we can make a good deal? who can help?

Careful : You might be asking that other person to break the rules of CCBill, jeopardizing their account for you. Very risky. And besides if CCBill won't process for your country you will be losing out on all kinds of sales. You would be much better off working with a billing processor that specializes in your and similar countries.

Processing comes down to where YOUR COMPANY is located or incorporated. Not where you live.

The principle has to be from an "approved country" when it comes to the 3rd party billers. Even if he sets up a corp in the EU or USA, the fact that he himself, the principle, is not from an approved country will not allow him to get the account.

I ran into this problem trying to help someone who works with me get accounts at various 3rd party billers. One idiot from CCbill chat support said no problem but had to have a EU or USA corp, so the first guy spent something like $2000 setting it all up in EU and then was told NO later on, that he himself had to be a citizen of one of their approved countries. :helpme I'm pretty sure he would have literally killed this guy had he been able to physically get to him at that time.
