Looking for cool wordpress themes
 

Pay or free looking for some cool wp themes that can be used also to make money (ie has built in sidebars, footer areas) so that i dont have to hack it just to try and make a buck with it. Be nice if they are the grid style tube types as well. Fire away. Sure this will be short list.
