Whats the issue?

We need to add it to one of our affiliate programs and we sent out an email and have not heard back yet. Are you the contact, if so can you please send me your contact info. If not, can you please give me the contact info of who is in charge?

Nope, I dont work for them. All their contact info is on their website. Use their forum.

They have just a support@ email and a contact form and I have sent requests to both and I do not have access to the forum. I need a humans contact info:)

They are not easily accessible. The only time I have got any action from them was posting in their forum. Not sure what it takes to sign up for the forum, but you might want to try.

I wrote to support @statsremote.com about an issue this morning, and got a response from Neil about 30 mins later.

If you have an affiliate you converse with regularly that uses SR perhaps they can post to the forum on your behalf.

Neil replies pretty fast usually
