Venezuelan Vice President Nicolás Manduro says President Hugo Chavez has died, Reuters reports.
The Venezuelan President has been fighting an undisclosed type of pelvic cancer since at least June 30, 2011, and had come back from the illness to win re-election last year.

A great man has died, the CIA must have wished they killed him in back during the 2002 coup d'état; it's clear they had learned their lesson by the time they caught Gaddafi in 2011. There's a good chance Chavez was poisoned, but on this matter we can only speculate for now.
