Obama To Murder US Citizens Without Due Process

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/0...6pLid%3D279022

"WASHINGTON -- The Obama administration believes it could technically use military force to kill an American on U.S. soil in an "extraordinary circumstance" but has "no intention of doing so," U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said in a letter disclosed Tuesday."

MY ASS!

"The Obama administration, Holder said, rejected the use of military force where "well-established law enforcement authorities in this country provide the best means for incapacitating a terrorist threat." But in theory, it'd be legal for the president to order such an attack under certain circumstances, Holder said."

http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/p.../ObamaNazi.jpg

""The question you have posed is therefore entirely hypothetical, unlikely to occur, and one we hope no president will ever have to confront. It is possible, I suppose, to imagine an extraordinary circumstance in which it would be necessary and appropriate under the Constitution and applicable laws of the United States for the President to authorize the military to use lethal force within the territory of the United States," Holder wrote."

Oh, yeah?

WHERE IN THE FUCK IS IT IN THE CONSTITUTION THAT ALLOWS THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATE TO EXECUTE US CITIZENS ON DEMAND WITHOUT DUE PROCESS?

Also Sprach Pastor Martin Niemöller:

"First they came for the communists,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a communist.

Then they came for the socialists,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a Jew.

Then they came for the Catholics,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a Catholic.

Then they came for me,
and there was no one left to speak for me."

Obama is coming after YOU!

I vehemently objected to, and spoke out against many of George Bush's actions. I voted for Obama twice. In some ways, Obama is now acting like vintage George Bush. Should I not bother to vote next time?

adendreams 03-06-2013 09:26 PM

OP where would you stand if a Republican were in charge? If McCain had won would you be posting this thread?

Why would anyone only be disgusted by a democrat administration having the power to execute American citizens without trial, but not by a republican administration?

Don't you see how sick in the head all of you are with this 2-party paradigm illusion bullshit?

This type of shit is downright wrong and unconstitutional regardless if it's a Bush or an Obama in office.

This type of mentality is why half the country won't even listen to what Rand Paul has to say during his filibuster because they think it's all 2-party bullshit and that Paul is just "mad at the democrats" and throwing a fit. They can never see past the 2-party paradigm and see things for what they are.

Any president, any administration, republican or democrat or whatever the fuck, who has the power to decide who shall live and who shall die without due process is totally in the wrong, and every American should be against it, regardless of their stupid ass "party" affiliations.

This bullshit started under Bush! Plenty of people were speaking out about the Patriot Act and other intrusions on our civil liberties, but half of the country didn't give a shit because they just assume the people throwing a fit were democrats who are butthurt that republicans were in the White House. It's the same lame ass cycle and you all get caught up in it every single time.

It's cool when your "party" shits on the constitution and then you defend it, but when it's the opposing "party" shitting on the constitution you have a problem with it.

What you need to realize is that there are people who actually exist who have a problem with unconstitutional laws and abuse of power regardless of which "party" is in office, even if they might happen to be part of one of those parties.

And to go even deeper... there are people behind the scenes pulling the strings of BOTH PARTIES anyways... so in essence there is really no difference between a George Bush and a Barack Obama, they are both puppets reading teleprompters and signing whatever they're supposed to sign... most Americans still haven't even figured THAT OUT yet lol.

So keep bickering back and forth totally divided by your "parties" like I know you will, while the same agenda keeps rolling along and we keep losing more of our rights regardless of which one of your parties are in power.

And to the guy I quoted, just because I quoted you doesn't mean this entire post is directed towards you, you just happened to bring up the typical 2-party paradigm mentality.

"If McCain was president you wouldn't care that he has the power to execute or indefinitely detain American citizens without trial would you???"

lol, fucking idiot... people should be outraged at this shit regardless of which "party" is in the damn White House...

baddog 03-07-2013 01:08 AM

What makes you think a Republican president would think it was okay to off citizens?

You missed the entire point.

Some of us have seen this before. Every time a new administration is in office the rally cries are similar. The all time favorite is "They are going to take our guns away". It doesn't matter which side is in office; The losing side is going to spit out venom. If it's not about our guns it's about how our government is going to take away our rights, our freedoms, and lock up innocent Americans.

No one seems to consider how Congress would be involved, and that Congress both Republicans and Democrats.

In the mean time they passed the Patriot Act, and no one said a thing. I mean, I'm okay with it - the federal government can read all of my text messages my wife and I trade daily about our dinner plans.

LOL.

the letter was describing a 911 or pearl harbor scenario. But it happens all the time. You start shooting at the police, do they say we cant shoot back.We will be taking away his due process.

We would be in WW3 had McCain won. Israel would have been given the green light to strike Iran. Most men under the age of 25 on this forum would be fighting in a war right now. The world really dodged a bullet with that crazy old man.

:1orglaugh Always hilarious when balloonheads (who probably don't know a single other thing about Niemoller) mindlessly paste this apocryphal quote, attempting to make some 'profound' point.

Niemoller didn't speak out because he was a hardcore Nazi religious nut who ardently supported fascist militias (and the murder of their opponents) in the 20s, actively helped and supported Hitler's rise to power in the 30s, and only started to get upset when Hitler started to interfere in Church-related issues. He was such a Nazi that even after his arrest and imprisonment he begged to join the Navy so he could kill even more opponents of Hitler.

Now, who was that you were calling a Nazi, arschloch?

bronco67 03-07-2013 09:05 AM

I was watching Rand Paul on Cspan using this "issue" as a filibuster topic to stop the nomination of John Brennan. He's so full of shit I could only take about 5 minutes of this fucking fool.

because there are like 50 reasons why people would consider that a possibility

meanwhile i think everyone deserves a fair trial - individuals (like those that are still locked at Gitmo with no trial for years) and whole countries (like those that were attacked with fake proof)

Barry-xlovecam 03-07-2013 09:39 AM

If there were a desperate situation where an American citizen would kill or injure other American citizens should that person be allowed to kill a large number of persons for the sake of preserving that killer's due process rights.

We are not talking a speeding ticket or some lower felony crime we are talking an act of mass murder and treason.

As far as the drones from the sky wasting petty criminals -- you were speeding *DEATH PENALTY* this does not seem the case.

As a hypothetical; If the airplanes that were to cause the Twin Towers to fall and the Pentagon destruction were shot down by US fighter jets -- would you object to the deaths of American citizens in those planes? They died anyway with the deaths of thousands on 9/11. Hard choices to make sometimes ...

The conservative Wall Street Journal editorial board slammed Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) Thursday for his almost 13-hour filibuster against John Brennan, the nominee for CIA director, over the fact that Attorney General Eric Holder said the U.S. government had the legal authority to kill an American citizen on U.S. soil.

"Calm down, Senator," wrote the editors. "Mr. Holder is right, even if he doesn't explain the law very well. The U.S. government cannot randomly target American citizens on U.S. soil or anywhere else. What it can do under the laws of war is target an "enemy combatant" anywhere at anytime, including on U.S. soil. This includes a U.S. citizen who is also an enemy combatant."

That's what I was thinking...the goddamn cops execute people all the time. And you don't have to shoot at them to have them shoot and kill you.

Here in Vegas they just had an all-time record year of police officers shooting and killing UN-ARMED citizens.
And none of those cops are in jail for doing so.

No need for drones...just pick out who you want killed and send the local cops to do the job. :(

Vendzilla 03-07-2013 06:51 PM

It amazes me how people want to be disarmed and let the POTUS send out more drones than Bush did and not say a thing, yet they were the ones that bitched when Bush was sending drones, they bitched about the patriot act under bush and are ok with it under Barry, the list goes on.

Helix 03-07-2013 07:45 PM

I'm not surprised, critical thinking is not their forte.
