are they paid member emails?

isn't selling your members e-mail some sort of abuse of their trust? If they give their e-mail to your program is not to get spam from other program that dont have any link to your produce right?

Yeah, and it's illegal to send email to purchased lists unless they have expressly given permission to receive email from third parties. Which they won't have.
