Maybe start by getting some of your lovely ladies to do interviews on the Sex.com blog and check out the traffic? Not an exact science, but a good way to get some promo, give them some content and test the waters.

That's what I have been doing - The CTR is so low though I would be pissed if I was paying CPM.
