seems these idiots are at it again...they are filing false take down notices for content that is legit &or their clients dont even own the copyrights to.

is there are way to sue them for these actions? i see others here have similar experience maybe we can file suit.

are there any successful lawsuits for such actions as trying to take down content they dont have the rights to?
