FYI , there is around 200-300 ppl behind jasmin, at least the half of this is developing it 8hours a day. If you don't have a massive budget, I wouldn't even think about it . :2 cents:

1. Support system
2. Studio system
3. Affiliate program
4. The cam system itself
5. The Site

These are the key points, and after these comes the rest, like do you want TopMembership ? Do you want a whitelabel system? Do you want messageing between models and members? Should it be free or should it cost money? And a lot of question.
