LOL from what I have heard people talk about in Russia the person who gets hit by a car seems to always bank and the driver gets fucked so a lot of people put these cams in their cars because people set it up and get run over to make money at the cost of the driver. They are just protecting their ass from these fakers/scammers

Yep, something like that. BTW there is no law about dashcams in Russia, as well as there is no law about navigators and other gadgets that almost everyone have in the the car.

There is no Russian dashcams. All electronics here (actually like everywhere on the planet) is made in China :)

I have a friend going there in June and was invited. Pretty glad I declined. HE had pointed out that Rio in Brazil is very nice compared to where he grew up.
